Identify and show a range of bridges shapes with back, front or side of the body towards the floor or apparatus. Understand and demonstrate how to move smoothly into a variety of bridge shapes individually and with a partner moving under and over in a sequence. Transfer and apply these ideas and skills onto apparatus at every stage of learning.
